This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official proposal from the Angie Lee online store to conclude a distance sales contract for goods under the terms set out below. By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read the Offer and accept its terms in full.
The seller undertakes to transfer the product selected on the website to the buyer's ownership, and the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for it under the terms of this Offer. Current characteristics, availability, price, and images of products are indicated on the respective pages of the catalog. Individually tailored models may have separate production times and return conditions.
An order is placed through the cart and the checkout page on the website: you provide contact details, delivery and payment methods. After confirming the order, we may contact you to clarify details. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller (via electronic notification, status in the order cabinet, or other available means).
The price of the product is indicated on the website in hryvnias and is valid at the time of placing the order. Payment is possible by the methods specified on the ‘Payment and Delivery’ page: online card payment, instalment payment (if available), cash on delivery, or other available methods. The seller may change prices and promotions; changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
Delivery is carried out by delivery services (including Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta), self-pickup from the pickup point in Kyiv, or international carriers — depending on the chosen method. The delivery times and costs are determined by the carrier's tariffs and the conditions on the “Payment and Delivery” page. The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier or issued upon self-pickup.
Upon receipt, check the completeness, appearance, and compliance with the order. If there is damage to the packaging or signs of defects, document this with the carrier and inform us as soon as possible. Confirmation of receipt without comments indicates acceptance of the product based on external signs.
Returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality are possible within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used, the appearance, packaging, completeness, and labels are preserved. Individually manufactured models are generally not subject to return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Detailed procedures are on the “Exchange and Return” page.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the order and ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate data for delivery and payment, and to accept and pay for the goods in a timely manner. In case of providing incorrect contact information or address, the Seller is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver.
The parties are responsible for non-fulfilment of obligations in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the work of delivery services, banking and payment systems, or actions of third parties beyond the seller's control. Claims regarding the quality of the goods are considered in accordance with the law and this Offer.
The seller may update the terms of this Offer. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the update. For orders placed before the changes, the terms in effect at the time of the contract conclusion apply.
