A few tips
Try on shoes on a clean surface, you can also use a nylon sock.
Do not remove protective films if you have doubts about the size
Keep the box and all sets. This is a mandatory condition for returns.

Return policy
We will do our best to ensure the pair fits.
If you are unsure about your choice — write to us before purchasing. We will advise on size, fit, material, and do everything to ensure you get your pair right the first time.
Term
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the moment of receipt.
Terms
Footwear must be unworn, in the original box and with all tags.
Order
Contact us via the feedback form or email to place an order. Delivery is at your expense, except in cases of defects.
Exchange terms
Size or model
If the shoes do not fit in size or style, we will exchange them for another pair within 14 days of receipt. Exchange is also available through "Easy Return".
Defect
If you find a manufacturing defect — we will replace the pair with an identical one at no extra charge.
Not a custom order
Please note: custom-made models are not eligible for return or exchange.
What next?
Refunds
After we receive your return, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, within 5 working days.
Exchange shipment
If you chose an exchange, we will send the new shoes immediately after receiving the old ones.
When to notify?
Please notify of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving the product
